Functional Training Institute respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we use it, how it is handled and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through enquiry, assessment, workshop, guide or Shop forms, including your name, contact details, enquiry type and order information. We may also receive limited technical data through hosting, security and analytics tools.

How information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange assessments, provide requested resources, manage workshop registrations and orders, send consented marketing emails, improve the website and meet legal or operational requirements.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit detailed medical information through the website form. Relevant information can be discussed directly with the FTI team when appropriate.

Marketing emails

Marketing emails are sent only where there is a valid basis to do so. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website. Google Apps Script processes website enquiries, records them in Google Sheets and sends email notifications to FTI. Shopify supports the Shop, checkout, orders and marketing emails.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected or to meet legal and operational requirements.
